I. Position Summary
This position is mainly responsible for supporting Mobility’s digital implementation and data business development for BLs, by working collaboratively with GCN IT Team, BU stakeholders, and other partners.
This position ensures that digital initiatives enhance operational efficiency, enable data-driven processes, and deliver measurable products aligned with BU’s strategic goals.
II. Job Responsibilities

- Improve digital transformation demand implementation based on deep understanding of BU business mode and operation structure. Explore ways to improve existing process and develop new tools orientated digitalization. (35%)
- Analyze the needs of BLs, conduct business analysis and facilitate workshops to support data business development of BLs. Prioritize demands/ideas for innovation that drive digital transformation and keep adding value to business. (35%)
- Support the phase-II development of the KMS, mainly focus on functional development, user feedback collaboration, and implementation with vender based on working process etc. (20%)

- Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and / or BU Manager. (10%)
III. Job Requirements

- Familiar with vehicle homologation business (Priority in EU vehicle homologation) or whole vehicle develop process.
- Bachelor’s degree or above with CET 6 or above, IT major or experience is preferred.
- > 2-5 years of working experience in Project Management or data analysis (Requirements may be relaxed for candidates with relevant business experience).
- Familiar with low code development platforms and many Systems Engineering tools, with experience of Power Platform (Power automate /Power BI /Power apps, OA/Slim system etc) is preferred.
- Proficient MS office, excel, PPT skill, data analysis is a plus
- Hosted or participated in the construction of digital projects
