I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for assessment, inspection and certification of functional safety business within GCN region.

本职位主要负责功能安全评估,检验及认证工作。

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the overall technical operation of the Functional Safety Assessment, Inspection and Certification projects, including tender support and preparation, project resources planning, document review, on-site First Inspection, project delivery, provide technical training, prepare technical assessment report, provide clarification to customer, etc… (50%)
   主要负责功能安全评估，检验及认证工作，包含投标支持和准备，项目资源前期规划，执行文件审核，现场首检，项目交付，提供技术培训，准备项目交付报告，并对客户的疑问进行解答（40%）；
2. Provide technical support to sales on project acquisition. Responsible for standards and requirements clarification with regards to railway vehicle and its components (30 %);
   对于销售在前期获取项目时候提供必要的技术支持，并提供必要的标准解读等技术澄清工作；
3. Support on the accreditation, personal qualification work in order to develop and maintain the quality management system of the department (20 %);
   对于部门的质量体系工作提供开发和维护工作
4. Support the department manager to achieve the department target (10 %);
   协助部门经理，完成公司计划

III.      Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or above in automation, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering;
   自动化、机械或者电气工程等专业毕业；
2. More than 5 years’ working experience in the functional safety area, experience in TIC company is preferred;
   具备5年及以上功能安全工作经验，具备第三方检验认证公司从业经验者优先；
3. Familiar with the relevant standard, IEC 61508, EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, ISO 13849, EN 62061 and etc ;
   熟悉功能安全相关标准，如IEC 61508, EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, ISO 13849, EN 62061等；
4. Proficient in written, reading and oral English;具备熟练的英语读写能力

5. Adaptive and ready to learn;适应能力强，善于学习；

6. Willing to travel; 能够接受出差

7. Good at office software;能熟练使用办公软件
