北美市场经理(汽车准入业务)
I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for Global Market Access (GMA hereafter for short) regarding North America market knowledge setup & management, GMA Project Planning & Delivery via collaboration with the sales, expert and support team in high quality level and client satisfactory rate to achieve sustainable business growth.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Business Operation (30%)

- Support in definition of product of GMA North America area section;

- Make and implement business develop plan in North America;

- Promote North America regulation services and territorial homologation service under responsibility;

- Develop, maintain and expand our share in the existing clients, especially key account;

- Support to acquire the projects with sound collaboration with Sales / KA team under selling / product strategy;

- Develop and collaborate with our external partners to provide high quality service;

- Effectively manage and maintain external resources;

- Identify the Key Account in the business with strategic needs analysis and support to consolidate the initiatives in the business plan and resource deployment.

2. Project (40%)

- Leading and managing the project to achieve the order sales & profit target;

- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager (mainly) and / or project engineer (in some cases) in the project;

- Lead project as project manager to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;

- Control the quality of project deliverable;

- Coordinate the internal and external resources to delivery the business smoothly;

- Follow the Quality Management Procedure.

3. Competence (25%)

    - Follow the knowledge management procedure & requirement to iterate the North America market & product knowledge in a consistent, structured and reliable manner;

- Proactively contribute and engage in the knowledge sharing & competence buildups;

- Based on the competence / market ownership assignment, support to enrich and optimize the existing product and portfolio and plan new service based on the business development plan.

 

4. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager (5%)

III.      Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive, Electronic or Mechanical engineering;

2. At least have 5 years experience in vehicle North America export homologation relevant field;

3. Familiar with the vehicle homologation requirement and process of America market;

4. Business development and/or project management experience;

5. Have good coordination ability;

6. Good communication skills with clients;

7. CET 6 or above;

8. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;

9. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

10. PMO preferred.
