I. Position Summary
The position is mainly responsible for overall management on Textile Exchange certification scheme, including QMS continuous improvement, streamlining processes, technical harmonization, quality enhancement, accreditation and cooperation with global business line colleagues. Furthermore, develop more voluntary certification schemes under circular economy and overall sustainability business.
II. Job Responsibilities
- QMS continuous improvement, streamlining processes, standard interpretation and technical harmonization. 35%
- Accreditation maintenance and new scope addition. 30%
- Coordinate with BLs to ensure implementation procedures & improve business on certain schemes. 20%
- Work with Greater China and global colleagues for quality enhancement and business development. 5%
- Finish other duties assigned by manager. 10%
III. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Textile engineering, sustainability or related field.
2. 5 years working experience in GRS and/or GOTS certification or other recycled content traceability certifications.
3. Be familiar with quality management systems, such as ISO 17065, ISO 17029, ISO 14065, etc. Social compliance audit experience is preferred.
4. Could work under pressure.
5. Good command of English, both in writing and speaking.
