I. Position Summary

This role serves as the Marketing Business Partner, spearheading marketing initiatives across BU’s business lines in China. The position is pivotal in driving brand awareness and service promotion while aligning local marketing activities with central strategic guidelines to ensure consistent brand positioning.

II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1.          Be the “Effective Executor” of BU (35%) 

Understand industry knowledge and business needs, monitor market status to execute in an effective way and support to empower business branding.

2.          Be the “Relationship Builder” (20%)

Close bounding with business lines Marketing buddy and BU managers. Generate integrated events and routine marketing activities.

3.          Be the contact window between BU and marketing team (20%)

Which means daily work also covers other marketing functions’ responsibilities. Execute Omni-channel marketing campaigns.

4.         Handle product marketing routine tasks of marketing events in Shenzhen (15%) 

Including preparation, onsite support and post-event analysis.

5.          Align cross-regional strategies through proactive collaboration. (5%)

Maintain seamless synergy and information flow with marketing counterparts to ensure unified strategies and campaign consistency under a single shared goal.

6.         Other tasks assigned by managers. (5%)

III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1.          Bachelor’s degree or above, prefer Marketing and business management.

2.          At least 3-year relevant experience in MKG.

3.          Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese proficiency is a plus.

4.         Proficiency in PC skills, digital MKG background, SEM/SEO experience, visual marketing and AI tool experience preferred.

5.          Proficiency in video shooting and editing is preferred.

6.         Well organized and able to work independently.
