汽车供应链高级销售主任(认证)
I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for GCN Mobility  East regional business development under east area sales strategy, maintain and develop clients for automotive supply especially OEM market access and related business to achieve area target.  

 

该职位负责在大中华区交通服务部东区业务开发,维护和开发汽车供应链,尤其是OEM市场准入及相关业务的拓展,以实现区域目标。

 

 

II.      Job Responsibilities

 

1. Sales Target Achievement [70%]

销售目标达成[70%]

 

To develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities to achieve the order taking target and key client developing target in the following aspects:

通过专业的销售活动,拓展现有和新客户端业务开发,实现以下几个方面的接单目标和大客户开发目标:

 

  • Prompt respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry;

及时回应和跟进客户的询问;

  • Promote one Mobility  service to OEM and automotive supply chain market access  in East area.

负责东部地区汽车OEM及关联供应链的业务开发;

  • Search for potential customer and promote TÜV SÜD’s service to potential customer;

寻找潜在客户,向潜在客户推广TÜV SÜD交通服务部的服务;

  • Visit customer independently to maintain business relationship and dig out potential business opportunity;

独立拜访客户,维护业务关系,挖掘潜在商机;

  • Developing new business based on homologation business;

在认证业务的基础上开发新业务;

  • Prepare agreement and quotation to customer and support customer face-to-face/teleconference solution presentation;

为客户准备协议和报价,并支持客户面对面/电话会议解决方案演示;

  • Keep good billing(invoice) and clients’ payment to meet the requirements of company.

保持良好的账单(发票)和客户付款,以满足公司的要求。

 

2. Sales Development [15%]

    销售发展[15%]

  • Organize market activities to support business development and TÜV SÜD brand image promotion

组织市场活动支持业务发展和TÜV SÜD品牌形象提升

  • Attend assigned technical training to improve technical knowledge continuously

         参加指定的技术培训,不断提高技术知识

 

3. Sales Operation and Support [10%]

 

  • Follow sales operation policy in daily sales activity;

在日常销售活动中遵循销售政策;

  • Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry;

收集市场信息,包括竞争对手和汽车行业;

  • Support sales in other regions for successful case and experience sharing;

支持其他地区的销售成功案例和经验分享;

  • Attend sales meeting or other meeting assigned by Reporting Manager according to requirement;

根据要求参加销售会议或其他由汇报经理安排的会议;

  • Finish the sales report or documents required by Business Line.

完成业务线要求的销售报告或文件;

 

4. Others [5%]

 

  • Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager

  完成报告经理分配的其他任务

 

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

 

本科及以上学历

  • Fulently English oral and written skills

良好的英语口语和书面能力;

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

出色的组织能力和沟通能力;

  • Customer-oriented and able to work independently

以客户为导向,能够独立工作;

  • At least 5 years sales or technical sales working experience in TIC or automotive OEM related industry

至少5 年第三方检测认证或汽车行业相关的销售或技术工作经验

  • Homologation business or automotive functional safety or cyber security experience or related product sales working experience will be a plus.

有汽车合规认证、功能安全或网络安全或汽车产品型销售经验者优先。

  • Be able to travel frequently

能够接受较高频率出差
