I. Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for all activities related to the battery test.
II. Job Responsibilities:
1. Work according to requirements of CNAS 17025 and the quality guideline of the laboratory. (20%)
2. Responsible for the test tasks of lithium battery, including cell, module and battery Pack or system according to the standard requirements. (20%)
3. Analyze test requirements, design and prepare necessary test fixture, develop testing and measurement methods, develop codes for test procedure, conduct test, track test progress, optimize test controls on need basis, collect test data, analyze test results, generate test reports. (20%)
4. Work with project engineers on battery failure mode and root cause analyzing. (15%)
5. Develop new test methods to support some specific needs. (10%)
6. Responsible for completing new test setup, test method improvement. (5%)
7. Maintain positive and effective communication with customers and internal team. (5%)
8. Finish other tasks assigned by the laboratory manger. (5%)
III. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, automation, measurement & control technology, mechatronics, automotive engineering, etc.
- Knowledge of electronic circuit technology, who have ability of circuit fault analysis or lithium battery social practice project experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on ability, clear thinking, logical thinking ability, team spirit.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent self-learning ability, be curious about new products and be willing to accept new challenges.
