I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for test implementation and provide necessary technical supports.

该岗位负责实验室测试和提供必要的技术支持。

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct reliability tests for various products, including cold, dry heat, damp heat, salt mist, temperature cycling, vibration and other test items; monitor the whole test process, organize raw test records and compile test reports.

-负责完成各类产品的可靠性（高低温，湿热，盐雾，温变，振动等）测试工作，包括试验过程的监测，原始记录的整理和报告的编制。

2. Deliver test projects timely and efficiently; quickly feed back and resolve any issues arising during the test process.

-能够及时有效的完成测试项目，测试流程中如有问题能够快速反馈解决。

3. Perform daily inspection, routine maintenance and calibration tracking of all environmental test equipment; implement lab 5S cleaning & management requirements.

-对所有环境试验设备进行日常检查、例行维护和校准跟踪；落实实验室5S清洁与管理要求。 

4. Support lab system operation, update test SOPs, assist failure analysis, and complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by lab supervisor or department manager.

支持实验室系统运行，更新测试操作规程，协助故障分析，并完成实验室主管或部门经理分配的其他临时任务。

III.      Job Requirements

1. College diploma or above, major in Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Reliability, Environmental Engineering or related fields; minimum 1 year relevant environmental testing experience. 大专及以上学历，电子、机械、材料、可靠性、环境工程或相关专业；至少1年相关环境测试经验
2. Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, rigorous and detail-oriented working style. 具备良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神强，工作作风严谨细致。
3. Able to work efficiently under pressure and accept overtime arrangements assigned by supervisors based on project schedules. 能在压力下高效工作，服从主管根据项目进度做出的加班安排。
4. Good English writing skills, capable of drafting English test reports; proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT) for data sorting and document compilation. 较好的英语书写能力，可撰写英文测试报告；熟练使用 MS Office（Excel、Word、PPT）进行数据整理和文档编制。
5. Abide by all company rules and actively safeguard corporate interests. 遵守公司各项规章制度，积极维护公司利益。
