运营规划与业务控制经理
I.      Position Summary

Lead the OPR section of GCN Mobility by establishing a standardized framework for Planning, Forecast, Performance Monitoring and Risk Management with relevant mechanism & system.

The role is responsible for turning operational and financial data into early insights, clear management proposals and effective action tracking, while acting as the business owner for the future digitalization of the operation controlling system.

The role is not expected to be a technical expert in every automotive business line. However, the incumbent must be able to understand business and financial drivers, identify cause-and-effect relationships behind the numbers, challenge assumptions constructively, and translate operational facts into management insights and proposals.

 

II.      Job Responsibilities

 

1. Planning and Forecast (25%)

    • Lead annual Planning, Budget and FC03/FC06/FC09 Forecast processes.
    • Consolidate and challenge inputs from business lines, regional sales, SKAM and support functions.
    • Ensure alignment among business growth, FTE, productivity, subcontracting, investment and BU strategy.
    • Maintain Planning, Budget logic and mechanism.

 

2. Performance and Deviation Management (30%)

    • Monitor key indicators, including Sales, OI, OR, Net Sales, FTE, Net Sales/FTE, Subcontracting Ratio and Margin.,ect.
    • Identify material deviations and emerging trends at an early stage.
    • Lead root cause and impact analysis with relevant owners
    • Translate findings into proposals, actions and management decision points.

 

3. Operation Controlling Standardization (20%)

    • Standardized processes, KPI definitions, data logic, templates, reporting cycles and governance rules.
    • Connect Planning, Forecast, performance monitoring, risk management and action tracking into one management mechanism.
    • Continuously improve planning accuracy, data transparency and management effectiveness.

 

4. Digitalization (10%)

    • Act as business owner for operation controlling digitalization.
    • Define requirements for dashboards, automated reporting, workflows, alerts and action tracking.
    • Work with Digital and IT teams to implement scalable solutions.
    • Reduce manual work and improve data quality and management visibility.

 

4. Team and Stakeholder Management (10%)

    • Lead and develop the OPR team.
    • Clarify ownership, priorities and delivery standards.
    • Work closely with BU Management, business lines, regional sales and support functions.
    • Present planning, performance and risk topics independently to management.

5. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager (5%)

 

Ⅲ. Job Requirements

 

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
    • At least 8 years of experience in operational controlling, FP&A, business planning, performance management or business operations.
    • At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
    • Strong experience in Planning, Forecast, business analysis and management reporting.
    • Experience in controlling framework design, dashboard development or digitalization is preferred.
    • Automotive, TIC, testing, certification or project-based service industry experience is an advantage.
