I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the sales team in carrying out various tasks. By providing comprehensive and meticulous support, the Sales Assistant ensures the smooth operation of the sales process, improves sales efficiency and performance, and promotes the achievement of the company's sales goals.

II.      Job Responsibilities:

1. Timely receive customer orders and carefully check the order information, Enter the confirmed orders into the company's sales management system, generate an internal order processing flow, track the progress of orders in various links such as production and delivery, and promptly coordinate and solve problems arising during the order execution process to ensure on - time order delivery;  60%
2. Analyze market needs and customers' expectations, secure business opportunities and prepare expansion of service scope;  20%
3. Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities; 10%
4. Regularly count order data, analyze order trends, provide data support for the sales team, and assist in formulating sales strategies. 10%

III.      Job Requirements:

    1.    Bachelor degree or above;

    2.    At least 3 years sales experience in metal testing or related business;

    3.    Good communication skill, sales skill and self-motivated;

    4.    Good customer management skill;

    5.    Good command of English;
