I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales activities for the lab testing business in fire, chemical, material and ENV testing business.
本岗位负责公司测试业务的销售工作，涉及防火，化学及环境可靠性等领域的销售规划和具体实施工作

II.      Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. Develop business in lab testing area, including material, fire, chemical and ENV testing field through professional sales activities, in the field of railway, construction material, electric components, textile, furniture and automotive interiors  (60%):
      本岗位负责公司实验室测试测试业务，包含以下任一领域，材料，防火，化学及环境可靠性的开拓，行业涉及轨道交通，汽车内饰，建筑材料，电子部件，纺织品以及家具等，具体内容包含
      a. Search for potential customer;
      搜寻潜在客户；
      b. Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;
      创造业务机会，开拓业务渠道；
      c. Respond to and follow up customer's enquiry;
      跟进以及反馈客户询价；
      d. Visit / meet customer and introduce company's services;
      拜访客户并介绍公司服务；
      e. Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;
      制定价格以及准备报价单；
      f. Prepare and confirm contract with customer;
      与客户签订合同；
      g. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;
      维护客户关系，提升品牌形象，价值以及客户满意度；
      h. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress
      跟进项目回款以及项目进度；
   2. Support marketing activities and carry out competitor analysis; (30%)
      支持市场活动，并进行竞争对手分析.
   3. Perform other duties assigned by reporting manager (10%)
      执行汇报经理安排的其他工作

III.      Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, E&M automation, electrical engineering, material and related major;
   机械工程，机电自动化，电子电器工程、材料等相关专业本科学历.
2. At least 3 years’ sales experience in testing business in any of following field, including material, fire, chemical, ENV testing in a third-party testing lab;
   在如下任一领域从事过测试销售相关工作至少3年工作经验，包含材料，防火，化学及环境可靠性领域中的第三方实验室.
3. Experience in product certification is preferred.

具备产品认证相关经验者优先考虑；

4. Good work ethic;
   具备良好的职业道德.
5. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
   了解客户需求，对于测试标准，流程等熟悉.
6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

积极主动，勤奋努力，具备团队精神；

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

良好的沟通技巧；

8. Be able to work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;

能够独立工作，具备承压能力；
