I.      Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible for managing relationships with key accounts customers in Central Hub, serving as their primary point of contact. The incumbent will develop and deliver tailored solutions while fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. By collaborating closely with the customer service, laboratory, and sales teams, the incumbent will help establish, sustain, and enhance the business relationship between TÜV SÜD and its customers.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. Enquiry/Quotation/Project Handling and Follow Up (50%)
   1. Respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry; no complaint event
   2. Negotiate price and prepare testing scheme and quotation
   3. Organize and monitor project schedule from beginning (quotation) to the end (test report / certification) in cooperating with project teams
   4. Visit / meet customer and introduce company’s services;
   5. Finish the sales order intake target of KA clients;
2. Act as the main contact and solution provider to the customers; (10%)
3. Develop general and technical knowledge by actively participating in training, discussion and meetings; (10%)
4. Inform superior if any problems occur, making it not possible to reach the target as set out in the job description or performance planning; (10%)
5. Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and challenges while maintain a positive attitude; (10%)
6. Perform other duties assigned by reporting Manager. (10%)

III.      Job Requirements

1. College degree or above;
2. At least 2 year working experience in relevant position is preferred;
3. Strong capabilities in MS power point, Excel and Word;
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills;
5. Customer-oriented and able to work independently;
6. Self-motivated, determined working ethos and have a mind-set of team work;
7. Fluent in written and oral English & Chinese.
