I. Position Summary
项目经理负责为PPE（个人防护用品）业务提供技术支持，处理及管理相关认证及检测项目，并执行PPE服务组合及业务发展的战略。
This position is responsible for PPE technical supports and project handling & management, implement the strategy of PPE service portfolio & business development.
II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)
- 负责在不同阶段为一线团队和客户提供技术支持，并参与营销活动；
Be responsible for supporting the frontline and clients on technical aspect in different stages, as well as marketing activities; 20%
- 从TÜV SÜD相关PPE发证机构获取充分授权，以支持个人防护用品业务并发展人员资质；Obtain sufficient appointment from TÜV SÜD relevant Certification Body to support the PPE business as well as development of competency person ; 20%
- 在客户、销售、项目团队和实验室之间进行协调，强有力地管理承接项目，确保交付周期与质量；
Coordinate among client, sales, project team and lab, manage the incoming project strongly and powerfully to ensure the TAT and quality ; 15%
- 在领导层的支持下，逐步战略性地设计和开发轻工产品部门内PPE业务服务组合与流程，在短期内打造坚实的服务组合；
Strategically design and develop the PPE business service portfolio and process within Hardlines step by step, with the leadership, to build strong service portfolio in a short period; 10%
- 始终以礼貌有效的方式与同事及客户沟通，包括解答技术疑问、阐述技术要点并提供专家意见；
Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert’s opinions; 5%
- 指导与培训项目工程师、测试工程师或技术员；
Coach and train the project engineers, test engineers or technicians; 5%
- 与其他同事分享、交流经验/标准/技术信息；
Share, exchange experience / standards / technical information with other colleagues; 10%
- 完成部门经理交办的其他职责；
Perform other duties assigned by section manager;15 %
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
- 本科及以上学历，机械或相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above; major in Mechanical or other related subject;
- 至少3年测试/认证领域工作经验，业绩可靠，具备个人防护用品（PPE）产品测试和认证经验(生产商方面亦可)为必需条件；
At least 3 years working experience in test/certification field with reliable working performance, PPE product testing and certification experience is mandatory;
