Your Tasks

1. Project focus项目执行 (70 %)
   Execute EV-battery, EV-motor homologation, and related GMA projects in South Area. 
   协助执行华南地区电动汽车电池、电动汽车电机认证及相关GMA项目
2. Inward focus内部管理 (20%)
   Improve local competence and customer satisfaction in the responsible business field.
   提升负责业务领域的本地技术能力和客户满意度。
   Coordinate the local resources for supporting and developing the responsible business field.
   协调本地资源，支持和推动负责业务领域的发展。
   Optimize and improve the existing templates such as ID/TP/TR/APP.
   优化和改进现有模板，如ID/TP/TR/APP等。
3. Outward focus对外联络 (10%)
   Maintain good relationships with local laboratories and customers.
   维护与本地实验室及客户的良好关系。
   Support sale colleagues to identify, negotiate and win projects in responsible business.
   支持销售同事在负责业务领域中识别、洽谈并赢得项目。
   Superior customer service during delivery of services.
   在服务交付过程中提供优质的客户服务。

Your Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree in automotive, electronic or mechanical engineering, master’s degree is preferred.
   全日制本科及以上学历，汽车工程、电子工程或机械工程相关专业，硕士优先；
2. 1~3 years’ relevant automotive electrical component testing / homologation experience, EV-powertrain related is preferred.
   1~3年汽车电气部件检测或认证相关工作经验，有电动汽车动力总成经验者优先；
3. Be familiar with the GB/UNECE/EU regulations/standards of automotive electrical components, wide knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in automotive electrical component testing / homologation.
   熟悉汽车电气部件的国标、UNECE及欧盟法规/标准，在汽车电气部件检测及认证方面具备广泛的知识和扎实的技术理解能力；
4. Good technical communication skills in English (spoken and written) with partners and customers.ss
   具备良好的英语技术沟通能力（口语及书面），能够与合作伙伴和客户进行有效沟通；
5. Reliable user experience in MS Office and teamwork, and good analytical skills.
   熟练使用MS Office办公软件，具备良好的团队合作精神和分析能力；
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
   自我驱动，能够独立工作并承受一定工作压力；
7. Be willing to accept travelling arrangements in or out of local city.
   愿意接受本地及外地出差安排。
