I. Position Summary
This position is accountable for the development of key clients in the Hardlines and TCP product domains to guarantee the attainment of both individual and team sales objectives.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and sales plans for target customers to ensure clear, smooth, and efficient cooperation among buyers, brand owners, and importer. (25%)
- Monitor and follow up on key customer projects. (15%)
- Conduct marketing activities for the product line, including laboratory visits, supplier conferences, seminars, and trade fairs.(15%)
- Achieve the annual sales target.(30%)
- Possess good internal and external communication and coordination skills.(10%)
- Build a trusting relationship with the internal team. (5%)
III. Job Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
2. A minimum of 3 years of sales or key account (KA) working experience within the same industry is necessary. Candidates with relevant working experience in HDL and TCP are preferred.
3. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
4. One should be proactive and self - motivated, and be a good team player.
5. The ability to work under pressure is required.
6. Good English reading and writing skills are needed.
