1. Interpret technical specifications such as the COP management requirements of the EU Authorities, UNECE regulations, EU 2018/858 and the Market Surveillance regulation, and accurately identify the compliance requirements for manufacturers.

2. Analyze the correlation points between regulatory requirements and customer business scenarios (R&D/ production/ supply chain), and design a feasible technical management implementation plan.

3. Identify business pain points in communication with customers and provide value-added service suggestions for efficiency improvement (such as process optimization and cost reduction plans).

4. Participate in technical negotiations with Key Account and balance the conflicts between compliance requirements and their business goals.

7. Lead the establishment of the manufacturer's COP program management and control plan, including the setting of critical control points, chain of evidence management, and dynamic adjustment of control mechanisms.

8. Design quality management system framework to ensure coverage of core EU requirements such as VIN traceability, product consistency, complaints, recalls, and market surveillance response mechanisms.

9. Compile system documents and process documents (such as product certification management procedure, emergency handling procedure for non-conforming products, and complaint handling procedure) .

Your Qualifications

1. Degree in Automotive or E&E Engineering, or equivalent.
   汽车、电子电器工程或同等学历的学士学位；
2. At least 5 years of compliance management system experience in the automotive industry, with practical cases of building or optimizing the EU vehicle type approval (WVTA) or COP system, or experience in automotive industry process system consultation, methodology advisory, etc.
   至少5年汽车行业合规管理经验，需有欧盟整车型式认证（WVTA）或COP体系搭建/优化实操案例或汽车行业流程体系咨询、方法论咨询等方面经验
3. Deeply participated in the establishment of the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 system and familiar with the VDA 6.3 process audit standard.

4. Understand the provisions of the EU Regulation 2018/858 and the application scenarios of the UN R series regulations.
