I.     Position Summary

The position is to act as a member in CoE team which is the technical hub of Softlines and which is responsible for R&D and technical support. The position is to study market trend and market demand, research related regulations and standards, then develop new services as demanded. The position is also responsible for the coordination and implementation of corresponding projects and providing technical supports on testing/certification related issues.

II.     Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1. New services development. (20%)
2. New services incubation, implementation and coordination. (30%)
3. Perform onsite activities including verification, validation and audit and prepare corresponding reports. (20%)
4. Provide technical support to colleagues and clients. (15%)  
5. Strengthen the competence of the team to get more qualification, accreditation. (10%)
6. Any other duties as assigned by superiors. (5%)

III.     Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. Majored in chemistry, material, environment, battery, vehicle or related discipline. Master’s degree or above is required.
2. Creative thinking and interested in development and innovative work.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Strong learning agility, problem solving skill;
5. Good organization and coordination skills;
6. Teamwork and client-oriented.
7. Excellent command of English and mandarin.
