The Management System Auditor (ISO 21001) will be responsible for conducting independent audits and assessments of management systems, with a specialized focus on the ISO 21001 Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) standard. The role ensures that client organizations, particularly those in the education and training sector, meet international compliance requirements and TÜV SÜD’s standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and reviews on companies for certification schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 21001 and other standards
- Ensure timely completion of audit/surveillance and submission of audit reports
- Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
- Develop and conduct related training courses
- Interface and provide support including new product development
Key Qualifications:
- College graduate with preference for degrees in Education
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in auditing, quality manage-ment, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of education sector operations, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- With strong analytical skills, detail-oriented
- Must be customer-oriented; With well-developed interpersonal skills; Can work harmoniously with a team
- Lead Auditor Training Certification an advantage
- Holds a valid Passport; Must be fit and willing to travel frequently
