Project Co-Ordinator-Industrial Services
Your Tasks
- Plan and coordinate with clients and control on-time mobilization and demobilization of inspectors to sites in the UAE
- Sourcing of required inspectors with support from local/overseas counterparts and suppliers
- Review the resumes of proposed inspectors to determine their suitability for the inspection assignment.
- Ensure all logistical and client/site requirements are met before the mobilization of inspectors.
- Support invoicing process with required docs. including time sheets, supporting documents, and required approvals.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- BSc Degree in Engineering, Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operations.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic business environment.
