Account Manager San Diego (Medical)

Your Tasks

  • Manage quotations and proposals for allocated accounts using CRM tools.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web.
  • Provide tailored compliance solutions from TÜV SÜD’s service portfolio.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate prospect lists and CRM records.
  • Support project setup and ensure smooth transition from quotation to project phase.

Your Qualifications

  • Recent experience in account management or delivering EMC, RF/Wireless, or Product Safety Test Services in a TIC environment.
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulatory submission requirements (FDA, EU MDR).
  • Experience dealing with international customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of IEC 60601, ISO 14708, FCC/EU RED Wireless Standards (nice-to-have).

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000 – $90,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.

  • Some domestic travel (up to 10%) and occasional international travel with notice.
