Your Tasks
- Administer accounts payable processes, including compilation and maintenance of records.
- Review and process PO and non-PO invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and reconcile vendor statements.
- Prepare electronic payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via shared AP email in a professional and timely manner.
- Audit and process employee travel and expense reports per company policy.
- Support internal and external audits and assist with special projects as needed.
Your Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable team player.
- Problem-solving skills with proactive follow-through.
