Assistant Manager - Quality

Your Tasks:

Managing CQI IRCA, Accredited back office operation & accreditation, Quality Management Tasks:

  • Accreditation management for the accrediation within academy .
  • Coordination with accreditaiton bodies for examination, results for accredited trainings 
  • Uploading CSV files of participant inforamtion to accrediation portal
  • Sending examination link, sharing answer sheets with trainers for evaluation
  • Co-coordinating with trainers for post training documentation and other issues
  • Processing training batches examination, result, certificates
  • Update & maintain accreditation Dashboard, pass fail ratio, & overall LATC perfomrance
  • Feedback analysis for trainers and training
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer and legal requirements, strive to improve customer experience and satisfaction by delivering quality service

QMS Support:

  • Complaint management and timely closure of complaints.
  • Internal & external audit management & timely closure of audits.
  • Process & documentation management through portal
  • Overall support for quality management system.

 Your Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality operations and having exposure to management requirements OR minimum 4 years in operations. and delivering quality service from Certification & Training body industry.
  • Skills: Good co-ordination, interpersonal relationship and analytical skills for data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Abilities: Should be adaptable, able to multi-task
  • Knowledge: Well versed with MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and quality related standards and best practices.
