Job Summary
The Junior NDT Inspector supports non-destructive testing activities under supervision to evaluate materials, components, and structures without causing damage. The role focuses on assisting in inspections, learning NDT procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across industries such as oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, and industrial services.
Your Task.
- Key Responsibilities
Assist in performing NDT inspections using methods such as: - Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
- Visual Testing (VT).
- Support senior inspectors during inspection activities and site work.
- Help in preparing basic inspection reports and documentation under supervision.
- Assist in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining NDT equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality policies at all times.
- Learn and apply relevant codes, standards, and inspection procedures.
- Report any observed defects or irregularities to senior inspectors or supervisors.
Your Qualification.
- High School Diploma or Technical Diploma (preferred).
- NDT certification Level I or Trainee status is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience .
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and inspection procedures is an advantage.
