Business Development Manager

Your Tasks

  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted market research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in sectors such as Industrial Products, Consumer Goods, Machinery, Laboratory Equipment, Cybersecurity, and Energy Products.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with both assigned and self-sourced prospects to establish relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Promote a comprehensive range of testing and certification services including EMC, Wireless, Electrical Safety, Cybersecurity, and Energy Storage Testing.
  • Create and deliver customized technical presentations to address client-specific challenges.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal account teams.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably in the TIC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with compliance, testing, certification, or engineering services is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
