Jr Auditor

Your Tasks

• Support audit planning, preparation, and documentation for ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Participate in audits as an observer or technical assistant under qualified Lead Auditors.
• Conduct document and record reviews to verify conformance with client management systems.
• Assist in report drafting and follow-up on audit findings.
• Maintain knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and quality management concepts.
• Complete TÜV SÜD internal training and qualification modules as part of the development path.
• Collaborate with cross-functional audit and certification teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support clients and internal stakeholders through professional communication and service excellence.


Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, manufacturing, or process improvement.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 principles and the PDCA approach.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with audit or quality tools.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. and internationally as needed.
Preferred:
• Experience participating in internal or supplier audits.
• Exposure to additional standards such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
• Training or coursework in quality management, auditing, or process control.
