Your Tasks
- Develop and deliver training programs across defined technical areas, including standards requirements and mandatory guidance documents.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions, refresher trainings, workshops, and annual exchange meetings for auditors and planners.
- Assess auditor competency, identify skills gaps, and support the creation of targeted development and upskilling plans.
- Conduct 3rd‑party audits in accordance with applicable standards, accreditation requirements, and internal procedures.
- Support accreditation activities (internal audits, witness audits, evidence preparation).
- Analyze audit findings, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Collaborate with operations, resource management, and technical teams to optimize planning, workflows, and audit quality.
Your Qualifications
- Lead Auditor certification and minimum 3+ years of experience conducting 3rd‑party audits.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation requirements and scheme-specific rules.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent auditor credentials.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 65%).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred:
- Experience designing or delivering competency-based training.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with sustainability-related standards and industry developments.
