Regional Manager

Your Tasks

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the Eastern U.S. region and labs (incl. Alpharetta), ensuring compliance with TÜV SÜD policies and ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team; set operational KPIs, monitor performance, assess training needs, and conduct reviews.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in key ICS service areas (ITE, consumer goods, machinery, lighting, laboratory).
  • Own regional budgeting and forecasting; create annual plans, monitor spend, and provide monthly adjustments for each site.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across sites.
  • Collaborate with peer Regional Managers to ensure sites are staffed and equipped to meet current demand and growth plans.
  • Support business development through customer meetings, inquiries, and testing engagements; ensure project timing and revenue/margin goals are met.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education (required/preferred per local policy).
  • 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience, including developing individuals and teams.
  • 5+ years lab operations experience with financial/cost accountability; proven ability to deliver on revenue, margin, and KPI targets.
  • 3–5+ years experience in product safety/compliance (TIC) services; comfortable with modern technology environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to influence across functions and levels.
  • High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable with CRM/operations systems; excellent time management.
  • Professional, customer-oriented demeanor; self-starter who thrives under deadlines and handles multiple priorities.

  • Primary site: Alpharetta, GA; role covers Eastern U.S. operations.
  • Travel may be required.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with EHS requirements and develop lab/equipment strategies and best practices for efficient operations.
