Sales Operations Associate

Your Tasks

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the front-end sales team to enable seamless customer interactions.
  • Process customer requests and orders accurately; verify details, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Qualify and route inbound leads; coordinate with sales representatives based on customer needs and business priorities.
  • Support customer-related marketing activities (e.g., outbound campaigns, fairs, webinars), including outreach and accurate data entry in company systems.
  • Prepare and review quotes/proposals to ensure completeness, pricing accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain internal/external sales portals and CRM records; keep product/service information and customer data current.
  • Maintain and improve sales administration processes, templates, and documentation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in a B2B environment; prior experience in sales support, customer service, or office administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Solid analytical, numeracy, literacy, and IT skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Aptitude for learning in a technical environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated Communication, Collaboration, Customer Orientation, and Self-Management competencies.
