1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant
Responsible for effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and technical operations of the laboratory in compliance with applicable accreditation, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline

Minimum relevant experience in laboratory quality and technical operations
-
Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, accreditation body requirements, and regulatory standards
-
Experience in laboratory testing, calibration, validation, and quality assurance systems
-
Competence in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continual improvement methodologies
-
Good communication, leadership, and customer coordination skills
2. Core Activity within Our Company

Implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System within the laboratory
-
Reviewing, controlling, and maintaining all laboratory documents and records
-
Ensuring compliance with accreditation body, regulatory body, and statutory requirements
-
Reviewing laboratory test methods to ensure correct and latest versions of standards are followed
-
Reviewing validation data and ensuring calibration and validation of all laboratory instruments
-
Planning and monitoring calibration and validation schedules
-
Implementing new test methods and laboratory processes
-
Reviewing and approving final test reports and commercial invoices
-
Providing technical support and resolving technical and operational issues
-
Ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and integrity of laboratory operations

Ensuring traceability of reference materials and calibration of equipment
-
Coordinating and promoting customer service activities
-
Identifying, initiating, and evaluating training needs for laboratory staff
-
Communicating quality-related issues to Quality Assurance personnel / Quality Manager

Reviewing and assessing staff performance and technical competency

Evaluating vendors for laboratory supplies and services
-
Following up on pending customer payments in coordination with the Accounts team

Optimizing operational costs and supporting profitability objectives

Establishing systems to implement continual improvement projects
