Yours Tasks

  • Take over application ownership (Product Owner) for the group-wide IAM system and assume project responsibility within the application context
  • Further develop the IAM application, including release and change planning, budget responsibility, and management of external service providers
  • Ensure maintenance, customization, and 3rd-level support
  • Act as a point of contact for technical, organizational, and data protection-related matters
  • Coordinate, define, and prioritize requirements from business units in collaboration with development partners
  • Ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, cost control, and maintain all relevant documentation and concepts (e.g., architecture, security, data protection, operations)
  • Collaborate closely with system owners, IT security, data protection, operations, and procurement, and maintain a product roadmap to meet user expectations

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, project coordination, or application ownership
  • Knowledge in identity management and IAM systems is a plus
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions
  • Excellent independent, methodical, and conceptual working style; strong analytical and cross-functional thinking
  • Confident demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
  • Excellent German and English language skills

Additional Information

This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
