Key Responsibilities:

• Support in organizing and coordinating Internal Audits:
  • Plan and monitor the internal audit schedule
  • Liaise and coordinate with corresponding departments to schedule audits
  • Prepare documentation, materials, and logistics for audits.
• Support in maintaining ISO Systems:
  • Assist in preparing data for management review meetings
  • Monitor status of corrective actions.
• Support in business compliance:
  • Monitor new test registration applications according to Decree 22
  • Collect documents for registration procedures
  • Monitor the processing status of documents with relevant agencies.
• Any other QA related tasks to be assigned by QA-HSE Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific/technical discipline
• 0–1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, laboratory operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and relevant international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 45001) would be an advantage
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level, both written and spoken
• Mature, self-disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
