Sales Administration

• Prepare and manage quotations, tender documents, contracts, NDAs, and other sales-related documentation.
• Ensure all sales documents are complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner.
• Support internal approval processes and document submission.

Sales Operations Support

• Coordinate sales order processing and maintain accurate records in CRM, SAP, and other internal systems.
• Update customer, quotation, and order information to ensure data accuracy.
• Support the end-to-end sales administration process from quotation to order completion.

Customer & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support business activities.
• Liaise with customers regarding required documentation, contracts, invoicing, and other administrative matters.
• Support communication with vendors and external partners when required.

Billing & Documentation

• Support invoice preparation and billing documentation in coordination with the Finance team.
• Maintain proper filing and record management for sales, contract, and customer documentation.
• Prepare reports and other supporting documents as required.

Administrative Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
• Assist with vendor administration, procurement requests, and other operational activities.
• Perform other sales support duties assigned to ensure efficient business operations.
