         I.      Position Summary

Junior Controller is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal

control. He/she will also be responsible for financial reporting to management and the board of directors, as well

as compliance with Tuv Sud Corporate office and local government regulations

Follow all financial procedures as per corporate guidelines and as per management instructions.

       II.      Responsibility and Authority

1. Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances
2. Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure accuracy
3. Preparing month-end reports for the management review including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
4. Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
5. Forecasting future financial performance and recommending changes to the management.
6. Preparing and analysing financial and budgets reports
7. Ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations
8. Utilizing updated technologies and new systems for smooth business operations.
9. Collaborates with managers to develop budgets for the business, usually on a monthly or quarterly basis.
10. Analysis and monitor actual performance versus budget and report variances to management.
11. Works closely with managers across all departments of the organisation, as well as external parties such as vendors and customers/clients.
12. 12. Developing financial models and cash flow projections. Analyse results from these models to make recommendations for future activities such as marketing campaigns, and new product launches

     III.      Education and Experience

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant domain or along with certification like CPA or CA.
2. 5-7 years’ experience as at senior level business and financial analyst position in public safety
3. Industry with large organization.
4. Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Strong technical and analytical skills.
7. High proficiency in SAP, MS Office and large enterprise solution
