1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant
The incumbent is responsible for driving business growth for Product Services – Leather, Textiles, Chemical, etc by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving defined sales objectives in accordance with TÜV SÜD values, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline

Minimum relevant experience in Sales / Business Development

Prior experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is strongly preferred
-
Good understanding of Hardline products and conformity assessment services
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

High level of integrity, customer orientation, and result focus
2. Core Activity within Our Company

Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and social media platforms

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support sales planning and strategy

Arrange and conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and present customized solutions, including product and service demonstrations

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction

Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections, and close deals in line with company policies to achieve or exceed assigned targets

Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Accurately maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and forecasting

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management review

Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer expectations
