Assistant Manager - Sales

1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

The incumbent is responsible for driving business growth for Product Services – Hardline by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving defined sales objectives in accordance with TÜV SÜD values, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline

  • Minimum relevant experience in Sales / Business Development

  • Prior experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is strongly preferred

  • Good understanding of Hardline products and conformity assessment services

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • High level of integrity, customer orientation, and result focus

2. Core Activity within Our Company

  • Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities for Product Services – Hardline in the assigned territory

  • Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, networking, and customer referrals

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure sustainable business growth

  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams

  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts in line with company policies and approval matrix

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide structured feedback to management

  • Ensure adherence to TÜV SÜD compliance, quality, and ethical standards in all business activities

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit periodic sales reports as required
