Assistant Manager - Sales

Your Task: 

  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up on digital leads generated through various channels, including website inquiries, email campaigns, social media, etc.
  • Upselling: Encouraging customers to upgrade to a higher‑value training course that better meets their needs for career path.
  • Cross‑selling: Suggesting other Training courses that enhance the customer’s main purchase and related to their profile.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into attendees for our open-house training programs through effective communication and sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their training needs and objectives.   

 

Your Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Preferably MBA
  • Minimum 0-3 years’ relevant work experience in training business.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the certification business, education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Added Value: It would be an advantage if the candidate has knowledge of the certification business in the industry.
