I. Position Summary
The incumbent assists the reporting team to complete daily reporting work, follow standard procedures to sort out, verify and deliver test reports, and cooperate with relevant teams to handle routine reporting matters.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Fill in test results into worksheets as required, and assist in compiling preliminary Softlines reports.30%
2. Sort out and collate subcontract test data, assist with data integration for final reports.15%
3. Conduct basic verification of test data against relevant standards to correct obvious data errors.20%
4.Transmit routine testing questions and feedback between Customer Service (CS) and laboratory under guidance.10%
5. Send out reports in specified email format as scheduled, ensure timely delivery.10%
6. Do basic proofreading of finished reports before uploading to eliminate basic format and clerical errors.10%
7. Complete other reporting-related auxiliary tasks assigned by the supervisor.5%
