Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales, Customer Services, and Project Coordination teams in audit/certification business (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27000, FSC CoC) and Training activities
- Develop and execute strategies in sales, marketing, customer relations, and key account management
- Support BA Sales Team to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue & profitability targets
- Manage audit scheduling & coordination to meet internal protocols and client expectations
- Identify, create, and follow up on new accounts, products, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing to maximize lead generation, marketing programs, and customer-focused events
- Work with BA regional team to co-execute go-to-market sales strategies
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
- Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Business Assurance
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in audit, certification, training, or consulting
- Proven sales and business development track record
- Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Mature, self-disciplined, and result-driven, able to work independently under pressure
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
