Associate Specialist, Data Protection

I.     Position Summary

 

This position is responsible for providing consulting service on data protection, partnering with client to identify risk or gap that would impact the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the clients' data. Consulting to clients by offering good practice based on the TOM (Technical and organization measurement). Supporting efforts to ensure consistently broad understanding and adoption of privacy requirements and considerations.

 

II.     Job Responsibilities

 

  1. Deliver training and consulting service in data protection field with IT security aspect to clients.
  2. Support pre-sales activities, provide IT security information to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

 

III.     Job Requirements

 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in information technology related area
  2. Recent 2-3 years of experience as IT operation technician or equivalent
  3. Interpersonal and communication skills – Ability to communicate with all levels of the business management
  4. Has strong knowledge in windows and Microsoft office software
  5. Experience in managing and administrating AD
  6. Experience in managing LAN/WAN and be able to understand network device’s ACL
  7. Knowledge of network security (radius, tacacs, 802.1x etc)
  8. Ability to push things through in a constructive manner
  9. Knowledge in Data Protection & Privacy (such as GDPR/CSL. Experience) would be an added advantage.
  10. Security Certifications like CISM, CISSP, CISA is preferred
  11. Reading, writing, and listening skills in English will be an asset
  12. Strong self-study ability; teamwork attitude;
  13. Healthy and fit for frequent business travels in China.
