Your Tasks
- Drive strategic growth of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services in North America’s defense, aerospace, and marine sectors.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with TÜV SÜD’s global vision and regional priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Ministries of Defense, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology innovators.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and regulatory trends (e.g., MIL-STD, NATO, ITAR, AS9100).
- Support internal capability development, including lab upgrades and accreditation for defense-related testing.
- Represent TÜV SÜD in industry associations, working groups, and innovation clusters.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, or marine sectors in strategic or commercial roles.
- Strong knowledge of defense/aero/marine standards and certification ecosystems.
- Proven ability in strategy development and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
- Familiarity with EMC, RF, battery, environmental, or cyber testing (nice-to-have).
