1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong technical expertise in EMI/EMC testing and RF compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, laboratory quality systems, and accreditation requirements.

• Proven hands-on experience with Anechoic and Shielded Anechoic Chambers, including operation, calibration, and maintenance.

• Experience in RF test setup validation, test execution, data analysis, and technical reporting.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex testing projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring.

• Familiarity with international regulatory compliance and certification processes across multiple countries.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and customer-facing communication skills.

2. Core Activity within Our Company

• Perform EMI/EMC testing and evaluations in accordance with applicable international and regional standards.

• Ensure laboratory operations comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL accreditation requirements.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain Anechoic and Shielded Anechoic Chambers in line with accreditation guidelines.

• Execute and evaluate Shielding Effectiveness, NSA, sVSWR, and Uniform Field Area measurements.

• Review, validate, and implement test plans, test procedures, and test configurations.

• Analyze test results, identify non-compliances, and prepare technical test reports aligned with TÜV SÜD quality expectations.

• Lead and coordinate EMI/EMC testing projects, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, cost, and timelines.

• Maintain laboratory documentation, procedures, and records under the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Support regulatory approval and certification activities for global markets.

• Participate in internal audits, external audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
