Your Tasks:
- Drive sales of High Voltage Safety training (Levels 1-3) to EV OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and component manufacturers
- Promote Battery Safety, Design, and Sustainable Production programs for batteries targeting EV assemblers, cell producers, recyclers, and the full ecosystem
- Sell Advanced BESS Safety training aligned with IEC/IEEE global standards to energy storage deployers and integrators
- Market Hydrogen Safety and Handling training to producers, storage, transport, and end-users across India's green hydrogen value chain
- Handle portfolio of ESG/GRI/BRSR reporting, GHG Lead Verifier, ISO 20400/26000/14040-44/14067, and Diversity & Inclusion workshops for listed corporates
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics, and provide weekly forecasts
- Manage full sales cycle using CRM, from needs assessment to contract closure and client retention
Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge:
- Technical- Understanding of E-Mobility Market in India, Battery Industry, Emerging Battery Chemistry, BESS Safety Standards and Hydrogen
- Business- CRM tools, MS Excel for pipeline tracking, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator drives lead generation and nurturing. Strong pipeline management, quota achievement, and forecasting skills ensure revenue targets for open-enrollment and customized corporate training.
Your Qualifications:
- Engineering degree (Electrical/Automotive preferred); certifications in EV High Voltage Safety, Battery Tech, or Hydrogen Safety as advantages.
- A master's degree in a sustainability-related stream would be an advantage.
