Your Tasks:

In this role, you will help ensure that data and processes run smoothly. You will handle tasks with care and maintain clear records. You will also use modern tools, including AI, to improve how work is done. Your work will support the team in making better decisions. This role requires focus, consistency, and a proactive mindset.

• You will enter, validate, and update data with a high level of accuracy
• You will use AI tools to summarize, format, and improve data outputs
• You will support daily operational tasks and follow defined workflows
• You will coordinate with team members and handle basic communication
• You will maintain organized records and documentation for easy access

Your Qualifications:

This role requires a strong foundation in data handling and communication. You should be comfortable working with tools and managing information. You should also be open to learning and adapting to new systems. Attention to detail is very important in this role. A positive and responsible approach will help you succeed.

• You have strong spoken and written English communication skills
• You have experience in data entry with high accuracy
• You are comfortable using Excel
  for daily tasks
• You have basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini
• You are skilled in organizing, cleaning, and managing data
• You have experience supporting operations or admin teams
• You are familiar with workflow or task management tools
• You have basic data analysis or reporting experience

Additional Information:

You will work with a mix of standard and modern tools. These tools will help you complete tasks efficiently. You will also learn how to use AI tools in daily work. The team supports learning and improvement.

• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
