Your Tasks:
The Inside Sales – Training Upselling Executive will be responsible for driving incremental revenue by upselling advanced training programs, certifications, refresher courses, and add-on services to existing and prospective learners. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, an understanding of professional training offerings, and the ability to convert leads into higher-value enrollments.
- Engage with existing learners and inbound leads to identify upsell opportunities
- Promote advanced-level trainings, certification upgrades, bundled programs, and value-added services
- Understand learner goals (career growth, compliance, skill enhancement) and recommend suitable training solutions
- Conduct sales interactions via phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and referrals
- Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly enrollment, revenue, and upsell targets
- Coordinate with training delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth batch execution
- Address learner objections related to pricing, scheduling, and certification value
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat enrollments and referrals
