Your Tasks:

The position requires handling day to day commercial lab activities and long term relation ship management with the client.

Day to Day Lab management - The laboratory is involved in quality performance testing of consumer products like hard surface cleaners, kitchen cleaners and toilet cleaners.
- The job requires 50% lab management, 50% key account management with tangible business goals.

Managing and overseeing procurement & petty cash.

Ensuring site compliance as per TUV SUD and client safety and Quality guidelines. GHK, GLP, safety and Quality.

Ensuring testing and data integrity.

Managing performance appraisals.

Client relationship management.

Key account Management.

Representative for client audits.
Your Qualifications:
-
Master or Bachelor of Science
-
Management education would be an added advantage
-
Min 5 years experience of Heading a commercial Lab/section with cross cultural teams
-
Min 10 years of total work experience
-
Experience with QMS and ISO 17025
