Your Tasks:

1. Analysis of food samples Microbiological analysis of samples as per job authorization.
2. Fully aware of plating procedures for the enumeration of TPC, Yeast & Mould, coliforms, E.coli, Listeria spp, Salmonella etc.
3. Able to handle cultures, Growth promotion test, Media preparation, Environmental monitoring
4. Operation and Calibration of microbiology related equipment’s such as Autoclave, Laminar Air Flow, pH meter, Water Bath, Incubators etc.
5. Recording of Testing observations, necessary data and calculations.
6. Maintaining logbooks, calibration records.
7. Temperature monitoring of microbiological equipment.
8. Daily maintenance of lab equipment.
9. Following good laboratory practices.
10. Following disposal process for samples & solutions as per SOP.
11. Accurate analysis and interpretation of test results.
12. Maintenance of laboratory documents and records.
13. Environmental monitoring of Microbiology lab.

Your Qualifications: 

1. M.Sc Microbiology with 1-3 years of experience. 
2. Maintain Documents as per Quality Management System and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
3. Preferrable if worked in food testing labs.
