As a Senior Innovation Program / Project Lead, you will take full ownership for the design, execution, and global scaling of strategic innovation programs across TÜV SÜD. This is a global role reporting directly into the Head of Group Innovation at HQ in Munich, with high visibility across the executive level. You will drive large-scale service, platform, and business model innovations in close collaboration with leading industry and technology partners. The role requires travel across Asia and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-divisional innovation programs from concept through global scale-up.
- Drive business integration into a global matrix organization, ensuring adoption, alignment, and sustainable value creation across divisions and regions.
- Build and lead strategic partnerships, including co-development and co-investment models with leading external partners.
- Lead program governance, milestones, and decision-making processes at executive level, including preparation of board-ready materials.
- Ensure successful rollout, scaling, and handover into robust global operating models.
- Provide functional leadership to international, cross-disciplinary project teams.
Education and Experience:
- Strong experience in integrating innovation outcomes into a global matrix organization and driving adoption across business units.
- Proven track record in leading complex, high-impact global programs in innovation, venture building, corporate development, or transformation.
- Deep expertise in building and managing partnerships and co-development setups with major global players.
- Excellent program leadership, structuring and stakeholder management capabilities in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of digital platform models, scalable service architectures, and new business models.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Asia and globally.
