Responsibility for carrying out inspections / assessments in accordance with International Standards.
Responsibilities
• Conducts technical inspections within the assigned technical area
• Creates inspections / assessment plans
• Monitors the inspection / assessment progress according to the plan and implement corrective actions as appropriate
• Applies the acceptance criteria for external results and evidences
• Creates inspection / assessment reports, list of open points
• Carries out audits
• Liaises with customer experts
• Acts as mentor for trainees
Authorities
• Signs the documents according to the authorization in the competence matrix
Reports to
• TM (Technical Manager),
• HIB (Head of Inspection Body),
• HCB (Head of Certification Body)
Education, experience
• Scientific university degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) + at least 2 years of proven professional experience in the assigned area
• Knowledge of domain specific English terminology
Criteria, knowledge
• Knowledge and experience of standards of the assigned area
• Passed auditor training (e.g. according to ISO 19011 or similar)
• Passed probationary period (typically 6 month)
• Completed initial training plan (on-boarding)
• Passed monitoring Assignment
• Assigned by the respective HoB (Head of Body) including BLM (Business Line Manager) on Divisional Level
