"Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from data center services including Project Management, QA/QC, Certification, and Testing & Commissioning.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with data center owners, colocation providers, hyperscalers, system integrators, consultants, and contractors.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through contract closure.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and bids.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and scope in alignment with company objectives.
Technical & Solution Selling
Act as a technical advisor to clients, understanding their data center requirements and recommending appropriate service solutions.
Work closely with delivery teams to define scope, methodologies, timelines, and resource requirements.
Support clients through certification processes (e.g., ISO 22237, ISO 27001, cyber security).
Provide pre-sales technical support, including RFP/RFQ responses and solution architecture discussions.

"Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle.
Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning sales commitments with delivery execution.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the service portfolio.
Market & Industry Engagement
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the data center industry.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Provide feedback to management on market demands and service improvements.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field); MBA or commercial qualification is a plus.7–12 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the data center, critical facilities, or MEP services industry.
Proven experience selling data center services such as Project Management, QA/QC, Testing & Commissioning, or Certification.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, BMS, fire protection, redundancy concepts).
