Associate Sales Executive

This is an exciting role for a motivated individual looking to build a career in sales. You will start by supporting business development activities and account management tasks, with structured training and mentoring to develop into a full-cycle sales professional. Over time, you will learn how to manage existing client relationships, generate new business, and represent the company at industry events.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support with lead generation and assist in identifying potential clients through research, networking and digital channels.
  • Support with the management of accounts and help maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Update CRM systems, prepare quotes, and support proposal development.
  • Take an active approach to personal development by partaking in training programs to build industry knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence (on LinkedIn) to network, share industry insights and enhance the company’s visibility.

Essential Criteria:

  • Interest in sales and personal development within technical or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environments.
  • Basic IT skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint), experience with a CRM system is a bonus.
  • Full UK driving license is preferred but if not, willingness and ability to obtain is sufficient.
